Registration fees
OPS2026 registration fees are non-refundable, except where a different outcome is required by applicable law or confirmed in writing by the organisers.
Before registering, please review the event date, ticket type, and attendee details carefully. If you have a question about an existing registration, contact the organising team as soon as possible.
Event changes
Programme, speaker, venue, and timetable details may change where reasonably necessary. If an event change materially affects registered attendees, the organisers will communicate the available arrangements directly using the contact details held for the registration.
Travel and accommodation
Attendees remain responsible for their own travel, accommodation, visa, insurance, and related arrangements unless the organisers explicitly confirm otherwise in writing. Please make bookings with appropriate flexibility.
